Bold Gate Lestari is a reputable healthcare provider in Dili, East Timor. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Junior Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting in the management of patient records, and supporting the nursing team in delivering excellent healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the provision of patient care and treatment according to medical orders.,Maintain and update patient records accurately and promptly.,Assist in the administration of medications and treatments.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of nursing care plans.,Support the nursing team in the implementation of infection control measures.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse or in a related healthcare role.,Familiarity with basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification from a recognized healthcare regulatory body.
