Bloom Global Dinamis is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance department in achieving its objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills and grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, payables, and receivables.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of financial close and month-end processes.,Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
