PT Terang Emas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Procurement Staff to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract management.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement staff to ensure high performance.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with the last 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
