📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure alignment with company goals.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Medan.
