📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Monitor sales and inventory levels to optimize performance.,Train and develop new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Communicate effectively with management and other departments to address any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role.,Fluent in Chinese, both spoken and written.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
