📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry is a plus.
