📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and event logistics.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food, beverages, and equipment.,Supervise and train banquet staff to maintain high standards of service and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage procedures.,Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing and promotional strategies.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest information, and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing banquet events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
