Food Max Sentosa is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Boyolali region by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales orientation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and prospects in the Boyolali region.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
