Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Train and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Handle any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
