📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of SPGs (Sales Promotion Guides) to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our beauty products in various retail outlets.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Train and coach SPGs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of SPGs to ensure they meet sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our beauty products and build brand awareness.
Foster a positive and motivational work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales management, or a related field in the beauty industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce or SAP.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
