📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee competitive compensation structures, including base salaries, bonuses, and performance-based incentives.
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and attractive.
• Collaborate with senior management to align compensation strategies with business goals and performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Represent the HR department in cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the FMCG food industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and compensation software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Certification in compensation and benefits management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
