📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise the store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal merchandise availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in store promotions and events.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Maros.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
