📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, including refrigeration units, ovens, grills, and dishwashers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of restrooms and other public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records of repairs and replacements.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in electrical and plumbing systems (preferred but not required).
