Cafe Dian Kitchen is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our cafe. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the cafe, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources.,Work with the management team to develop and execute the annual budget and financial plan.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.,Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.,Oversee the management of cash flow and ensure the timely and accurate payment of bills and invoices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role in a food and beverage or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
