📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Assist in the administration of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and processing payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
