This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall operations and management of the Pontianak branch.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products and services.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using financial and management software.,Understanding of industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
