📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.,Lead a team of civil engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.,Prepare and submit technical reports, plans, and specifications to relevant authorities and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into project planning and execution.,Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and safety standards, and implement measures to mitigate risks.,Provide technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management and leadership.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as PMP or Agile.
