📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and staff.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.,Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and terms.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
