📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Create and manage social media content, including images, videos, and blog posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Continuously refine social media strategies to ensure maximum impact.
  • Manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all social media guidelines and policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
