📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and implement structural engineering designs and specifications.,Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Oversee the work of junior engineers and ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers within the team.,Ensure all projects are completed safely and efficiently, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering structural engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.,Proficiency in using structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
