📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment, using SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
• Assist in implementing new operational procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle Retail, or similar ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
