Go Camp Unggul is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our production processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving efficiency.,Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed.
