📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is operating within budget.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
