📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide accurate and timely information for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Manage and train junior accountants to ensure high standards of work.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
