📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and review budget forecasts and financial statements.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
