PERSOL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage Fit-Out and A&A (Architectural & Allied Works) projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results within a 6-day work week.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing Fit-Out and A&A projects from inception to completion.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project execution, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Fit-Out and A&A projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards, such as ISO, AS/NZS, or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
