📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content
  • Review and edit technical documents to improve readability and usability
  • Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide technical writing training and support to junior team members
  • Participate in product development and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure technical documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with technical documentation tools and software
  • Understanding of technical concepts and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
