As an MEP Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our cutting-edge projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers and architects, using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. With your expertise, you will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material schedules, and other technical documents.
• Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
• Provide technical support to the project team as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our drafting processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP drafting, with a focus on high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, PBI).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia.
