📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Reconcile financial records daily, weekly, and monthly using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Process vendor payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and expenses.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in financial audits and reviews when required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
