APAC Procurement Manager - Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management (Remote - Bali, Indonesia)

This is a remote position based in Bali, with occasional travel to our regional offices. You will be responsible for managing a team of procurement specialists, and you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from office buildings to retail centers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost savings and compliance with procurement policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure procurement processes are aligned with business objectives and regional market conditions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and vendor management.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on procurement performance and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to procurement laws and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, with a strong track record of cost savings and process improvement.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of procurement software and experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
