📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business performance data using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support decision-making processes.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and MIS.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve data management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business performance analysis or MIS.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in data analysis or business intelligence is a plus.
