Construction Site Inspector

China Energy Engineering Group Guangxi Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Inspector to join our team in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee critical construction projects in one of Indonesia's most dynamic regions. As a Construction Site Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all construction materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards.
• Document inspection findings, including any safety hazards, quality issues, or deviations from project plans.
• Recommend corrective actions to address any issues identified during inspections.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Ensure that all construction workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and report any delays or issues to project managers.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure that all construction activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site inspection and quality control.
• Certification in Construction Safety and Health (CSH) or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and Building Code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
