📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of slum upgrading projects, ensuring alignment with national and regional development goals.
• Develop and manage budgets for slum area development initiatives, securing funding from various stakeholders.
• Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and international organizations to implement integrated slum upgrading programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of slum upgrading projects, ensuring compliance with environmental and social standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed slum upgrading projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Represent the Regional Development Authority of Bangka Belitung at national and international forums, advocating for best practices in slum upgrading.
• Ensure the sustainability and resilience of slum upgrading projects through long-term maintenance and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, preferably with a focus on urban development or environmental management.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in urban development, particularly in slum upgrading projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian national and regional policies and regulations related to urban development.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in GIS mapping, ArcGIS, or AutoCAD is a plus.
