📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations including feeding, health monitoring, and breeding programs.
• Ensure the well-being and health of livestock through regular check-ups and veterinary care.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to maintain high productivity.
• Manage and supervise farm staff, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to address any health issues and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and maintain farm records, including health, breeding, and production data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestock supervision, preferably in cattle or sheep farming.
• Strong knowledge of animal health and breeding programs.
• Experience with farm management software such as Farm Management Information System (FMIS).
• Understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in Livestock Supervision or related field.
• Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural standards and regulations.
