📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform maintenance and repair of aircraft engines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain specialized tools and equipment for engine repair and maintenance.
• Optimize repair processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspections to ensure the integrity of repaired components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair processes and tools.
• Ensure all work is documented accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aerospace engineering and repair technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO).
• Certification in NDT techniques (e.g., Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Eddy Current Testing).
• Familiarity with aircraft engine repair manuals and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and advanced repair systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with international clients.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
