As a Maritime Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our passenger vessels navigating Indonesia's maritime routes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vessel security and conduct regular patrols.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with maritime security regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the crew and other security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct security drills and training sessions.
• Maintain and update security logs and reports.
• Assist in emergency response procedures.
• Promote a positive and secure environment for passengers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maritime Security Guard or similar role.
• Valid certification as a Maritime Security Guard (e.g., ISPS Code, STCW).
• Knowledge of maritime security regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and be on call.
