📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
